Only a day after Michael Jackson's sudden death, the a few artists from the Hip Hop world have come together to make a new tribute to the legendary King of Pop.

DJ Skee found out the news and told The Game who was shocked and instead of mourning and being devastated, he took his feelings and emotions out into the studio and came out with a legit track dedicated to the King of Pop.

"After I called Game and told him the news, he put this tribute together and produced this amazing record," DJ Skee tweeted Friday morning (June 26). "Yesterday I told Game about MJ's death and he didn't believe it."

"Better On The Other Side" features The Game on the verses, Chris Brown on the hook, Diddy narrating the intro and outro, Boyz II Men with a closing verse, and Polow Da Don, Mario Winans, Usher. Production was done by DJ Khalil.

"Everybody bow they head, for a legend / Don't breathe for a second / Now, let the air out, grab the hand of somebody you care about, so you can hear my message / My confessions. Somebody tell Usher, I seen him moonwalk / I guess the young Thriller touched em. Like he touched me, like he touched you, so carrying his legacy is something I must do."

The reasoning behind using P.Diddy in the collab was because Diddy and Michael Jackson apparently helped stopped the feud between The Game and 50 Cent. Wow...Big news there.

"First thing I did when I heard was call Puff, cause him and Mike tried to stop the beef between us. Who is us? Me and 50, that beef is dead and the young Mike Jackson gone take us to the ledge," he raps.

We all start off dancing through imitation and we grow from it to develop our own style...I certainly have.

As Kanye's workout plan suggests, I'm gonna get back on track like how I was last summer. It's officially time for the crazy diet/workout regimen. Gonna kick in more intense. Cut back on the drinking and cut back on the eating out as much as I can. Once in a while isn't bad, but definitely cutting back like mad! 

Why I do this to myself you ask? To be healthy and to get in proper shape because I am a professional dancer. I can help prolong and prevent my family history of health problems and diabetes, plus I can be in the greatest shape of my life while doing it and feeling great about myself. I'm so down for that...who isn't???

Dance music, electronic, house, and pop seem to be making a HUGE comeback..even Power106 and KROQ are playing em nowadays! That must mean SOMETHING! haha plus the hottest club parties bump these tracks left and right...nowadays they only bump hip hop thats remixed by the lieks of Benny Benassi, David Guetta, Bob Sinclair, Steve Aoki, Paul Van Dyk, and more!!!

Day off!

It's my day off from work at MTV News and I decided to do absolutely nothing! It's probably the best feeling ever...

The commute to LA is rough. I leave at 8:30AM to get to work by 9:20AM and then I leave at 6PM to get home by 7:00PM all going to and coming from Santa Monica. Worst timing ever! But I got enough patience to get through it...Half of Los Angeles has to do that so I figure I can deal with it too...

Gotta get back in the gym regimen guaranteed. So much easier during the summer and when you aren't surrounded by crap foods like in UC Irvine. 2 miles of running/swimming everyday now! Yee haw!!!

Back in action

SO I am back in action!! I will update this blog as much as I can I promise. This time...it will be all about my life!

Now THIS is my dream car...!

Stile Bertone unveiled the Mantide supercar designed by American designer Jason Castriota at the 2009 shanghai auto show. The new car is based off the Corvette ZR1 platform with a newly designed body.  The Mantide features aerodynamic aids similar to f1 cars and a new body made completely from carbon fiber and magnesium. The car is said to be able to go from 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds with a top speed exceeding 200 mph. F*ckin nuts!

Kid Cudi Interview at Coachella...this guy is one weird ass rapper. He apparently retired after a couple of hits, came back, retired again, then came back AGAIN, and said that was a mistake but actually explained that he was thinking about it. 

Either way...he's confusing but is sure a damn good artist.

Hotelicopter...Now that's a decent ride!

The 18-room Hotelicopter accommodates 38 guests. It's weird to think there is this much luxury in a, well, a helicopter.

Rooms come outfitted with Egyptian cotton-covered queen-sized beds, cell-phone reception, internet access, personal entertainment systems, and views outside the hotel windows that are never the same each time you look out.

Other amenities available on board the Hotelicopter include the SkySpa, where a full array of spa services is available for guests’ pleasure, a blackjack table, an art gallery, a yoga studio, and a tea garden

Salmonella gone NUTS!

So ANOTHER food to stay away from is now the ever healthy (and one of my favorites) Pistachios! Oh no! Apparently the FDA has been telling people to not buy them for they are being recalled--one company had to give up 2 MILLION LBS of nuts! Holy moly that's a lot of nuts!

The recalled nuts represent a small fraction of the 55 million pounds of pistachios that the company's plant processed last year and an even smaller portion of the 278 million pounds produced in the state in the 2008 season, according to the Fresno-based Administrative Committee for Pistachios.

Committee for Pistachios...that's how much Cali loves em!

No Need to Download Chat Clients...

MEEBO, the online messaging client based in NorCal, has introduced this new application called the Meebo Notifier. Basically, you connect to this, and you get all your IMs (AIM, Google, Yahoo, MSN, ICQ, Facebook, etc...) through this on the bottom right corner of your system tray. You don't have to download a hefty IM client that lags your PC at times and works well for connecting to everything at once!
