Make my body rock...no wait, make it A rock

As Kanye's workout plan suggests, I'm gonna get back on track like how I was last summer. It's officially time for the crazy diet/workout regimen. Gonna kick in more intense. Cut back on the drinking and cut back on the eating out as much as I can. Once in a while isn't bad, but definitely cutting back like mad! 

Why I do this to myself you ask? To be healthy and to get in proper shape because I am a professional dancer. I can help prolong and prevent my family history of health problems and diabetes, plus I can be in the greatest shape of my life while doing it and feeling great about myself. I'm so down for that...who isn't???
